Mandy moved into Managing Director roles for Ambrosia and The Ryvita Company, steering both organisations to achieve significant business growth through change that encompassed product innovation, acquisition, integration and supply chain optimisation.
Transitioning to the world of media in 2009, Mandy headed up Harlequin UK & India for 4 years and then became VP for Europe & India. Following Harlequin’s acquisition by HarperCollins, I delivered significant change programmes and incremental trade publishing revenue growth.
