Christine Edwards
Managing Director
Christine Edwards is one of a rare breed in category development and shopper marketing. She not only has the vision, experience and knowledge to know what will make a difference but is also a solutions-orientated pragmatist who ensures that each project is driven through to its conclusion, delivering value beyond expectation on every occasion. With 25 years operating within leading global as well as local and European organisations, Christine has been part of the evolution of both category development and shopper marketing business practice. This enables her to create and implement solutions that are ground-breaking while remaining practical and effective, and that optimise business performance. Her goal is to deliver real changes in culture and behaviour that enrich an organisation’s operations. She aims to leave a legacy where all those with whom she is involved are more capable, agile and focused and so better equipped to deal with the challenges that their business will experience.
David Edwards

David has been responsibility for strategic direction and growth. Building a business based on the core principles of financial robustness, excellent client delivery and operational integrity, David has ensured the business has remained on track despite the economic head-winds experienced over recent years. Having spent 25 years developing business units for many IT and Telecoms companies, David is uniquely placed to develop Big River as broader solutions and services provider. Prior to joining Big River, David’s assignments have taken him to North America, EMEA, The Nordics, Africa and India where he has developed a pragmatism that crosses cultures, and a leadership style that clearly defines the direction of travel for Big River. David is responsible for partner alliances and overseas operations and portfolio development. David has a profound belief that developing collaborative relationships with partners is one of the important routes to success.
Sean Raw
Business Transformation Director
Most companies want to grow faster than their competition – but most fail to achieve that ambition quickly enough, if at all. During my career at the sharp end of delivering brand, category and company growth expectations for demanding stakeholders, and in my extensive international experience as a business growth consultant to some of the best (and not so well) run businesses in the world, I have learned that growth is the reward for winning – and that knowing how to win, and putting in place the commercial capabilities required to win and sustain winning are what separates the achievers from the “also ran’s”
