This two-day event is specifically designed to open up the world of Shopper Marketing for those with little or no experience.

It is also beneficial for people in your commercial team where some understanding of Shopper Marketing, would help.

Key deliverables:

• an increase in the level of comfort for the delegates with regard to data sources and specifically shopper research

This three-day event is specifically designed to upskill people who have good basic skills but need to be able to operate at a higher level.

Key deliverables:

• an enhanced understanding of what Shopper Marketing is

• an increase in the level of understanding of why putting the shopper at the centre of your activities leads to improved performance

• an understanding of how shopper insights direct your approach to Shopper Marketing

•an understanding of why a longer-term approach is required.

The course will cover:

• an enhanced understanding of Shopper Marketing – language, tools, techniques and sources of data

• an understanding of key shopper insights e.g. missions, decision trees, shopper segmentation, need states

• why the best Shopper Marketing starts with a business issue and where an objective is set to change shopper behaviour

• the benefits for the organisation of a long term shopper-based focus and why this is important

• the steps along the P2P including an omni channel approach

• the tools and techniques required to understand shopper behaviour

• how understanding what motivates shoppers maximises the effect of your activities

•how to collaborate and create breakthrough ideas with customers.
